So this outfit is way overdue seeing as Christmas was around 2 weeks ago, but please excuse the delay! :) This is what I wore to our family Christmas day dinner.

Dress: H&M; Aztec Wedges: Forever 21; Statement Necklace: Forever 21; Belt: Primark (Penneys)

 I obviously had to dress up for this event seeing as it was a sit-down dinner, so I decided on this bright pink, chiffon dress from H&M. I got this for an absolute bargain seeing as it was on sale during the time I purchased it.

I decided to skip out on accessories for this outfit except for this statement necklace, and yes, your eyes are not deceiving you. I wore this in my previous outfit post as well, but I just couldn't resist wearing it again.

To give this dress a little bit more of a shape, I decided to wear this belt that cinches me right at the waist. And to finish it off, I wore my super comfy, nude wedges with these beautiful cut-out detailing at the sides.

I'm finally beginning to make a dent in the backlog of outfits which I've yet to post. To start it off, as Filipinos, we mostly reserve the parties for Christmas Eve, while Christmas day is spent with your immediate family.  So here's what I wore to our family Christmas Eve Party.

Christmas Eve is honestly one of my favourite days of the year due to the fact that we exchange and open gifts during our family party. It's also great seeing all my family together under one roof and getting to make new memories with them. I know that this outfit isn't very festive, with the exception of the red heels, but my wardrobe just doesn't contain any 'christmasy' colours. This is probably something I should work on during the new year! :P 

I know pink isn't really a festive colour, but I just couldn't resist this necklace when I found it in Forever 21. It has such an intricate pattern and it's also very versatile, so you might probably see me wear this very soon because I am just in love with this piece.

I kept the rest of my accessories to a minimum because I wanted the necklace to be my statement piece. I've had this ring for the longest time and never seemed to find an outfit to wear it with but it fit perfectly with this look! :)

And of course, my statement blood-red heels! This was actually a last minute decision, I was wearing a pair of black heels prior to this but it made my look too monochromatic and dark. So what better way to inject colour into this outfit than 'in-your-face' heels! Plus it's the only part of my outfit which actually incorporated the Christmas colours.

The crop top and skater skirt combo is an easy go-to to outfit which I've now come to love. I was never the type to wear crop tops due to the fact that I'm not comfortable with showing my stomach but by pairing it with a skater skirt, ta-da! no abdomen in sight! :P

Once again this look is monotonous, so I wanted to break the monotony of the black with hints of gold. But I wanted to keep my jewellery to a minimum as to not over do the outfit due to the fact that my shoes already had hints of gold.

I'm really into the grunge-esque look at the moment. This is mostly due to the fact that I'm currently obsessed with Lua Perez's style! Her outfits are so effortless and eye-catching!

For me, this outfit just screams 'wear me to a concert' but sadly I haven't been to one in a while. :( It's so easy and laid back, something which I always turn to when choosing outfits.

 Yes I have a plaster on my arm, it's because I had to get a blood-test and 2 vaccines yesterday so that's one of the remnants of this. Oh the joys of being a nursing student! :P

I'm not much for prints when it comes to clothing but this skull print caught my attention straight away and the fact that it's a high-low top made me love it even more. One of the main reasons I wore this top with these shorts is due to the fact that they are on the short side, so the back of the top covers up where the shorts don't! :P

These boots are actually my sister's but I just love how rugged they look so I just had to borrow them! It's always an advantage when you're almost the same shoe size as your sister! :)

Due to the fact that it's currently winter here, it would be impractical and practically suicidal to go out without covering up, so I paired this outfit with my favourite knit cardigan and this super comfy beanie that my friend gave me.
